The Chesapeake chapter of INCOSE, the International Congress of Systems Engineers, holds monthly meetings with speakers of interest to the system engineering community. In March, the organization takes a look at climate change and global warming. Dr. Albert Arking, a climatologist at Johns Hopkins University, speaks on climate change Wednesday, March 21 at 6 p.m.

EmPower Maryland: You Owe It to Yourself
